Prices & Booking

Pheasant Hill Caravan & Motorhome Park is an independent family-run site situated at the edge of Burneston, a small attractive village located near to Bedale in the heart of Yorkshire, otherwise known as ‘God’s Own Country’.

The peak season (July and August stays) price is £28 per night including VAT and low season is £26 per night including VAT. Please note that the Park does not cater for tents.

Please note: All Bank Holiday weekend bookings must be a minimum of 3 nights, on all pitches. Weekends from May to September must be a minimum of 2 nights.

All rates include:

  • Pitch
  • 1 Car
  • 2 Adults & 2 Children
  • Electric hook-up
  • Use of wet-room facilities
  • Water
  • Waste disposal
  • Rubbish collection

Extras

We have the following extras available for the duration of your stay:

  • Awnings: No charge but we must be notified at time of booking if you are to use an awning
  • Extra Person: £5 per person, per night
  • Dogs: Free of charge, max 3 dogs
  • Late departure may be available on the day subject to prior agreement with Pheasant Hill at a charge of £5.
